Our client, an insurance company is looking for a Pricing Analyst to support the Actuarial department.
He/she will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Contribute to build / modify the product offer (contracting, pricing, new guarantees, regulatory changes)
- Analyse the profitability of the products in the Solvency II and IFRS17 contexts
- Test the sensitivity of the results to the various assumptions and conduct stress tests
- Comply with the underwriting rules when preparing pricing and underwriting schedules
- Document new pricing and underwriting schedules
- Liaise with the Business Development to understand the needs of the customers and our partners
- Carry out technical studies to update risk assumptions by product, by partner and by cover
- Present own work in different committees (Business Committee, Technical Committee, Development Committee,…)
- Provide support to all our technical or non-technical stakeholders based in Dublin and in France
Analysis & Projects
- Perform client portfolio analysis and preparation of client reports and presentations
- Perform experience analysis and assist with updating of pricing assumptions/assessing pricing adequacy
- To participate in ad-hoc technical reports/projects and business plans with the business department and Actuarial teams
Profile
- Experienced actuary (2 years minimum), ideally with Pricing background
- Experience in Life, Health or Protection products is an asset
- High level of numeracy and computer literacy; Visual Basic, Excel, SAS.
- Strong communication skills in English and French
