Job Description

Our client an insurance company, is looking for a Life & Health Actuarial Function to strengthen the Finance Direction. This direction is in charge of managing the insurance commitments, assets and accounting of the group.

The Life & Health Actuarial Function will be responsible for:

• Actively participating in the various tasks of the Key Actuarial Function and the five associated regulatory issues: underwriting, reserving, reinsurance, data quality and risk management,
• Participating in the production of:
  • Actuarial analyses of the various issues and risks (Life, Health and Pension),
  • The Key Actuarial Function report,
  • Materials from associated committees.
• Contributing to the ORSA process and data quality system,
• Participating in the analysis and improvement of related written policies,
• Contributing to management operations and analyzing results in conjunction with the teams in charge of first-level production,
• Ensuring regulatory monitoring on all subjects,
• Collaborating with various interlocutors on the work carried out.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics,
• 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting or in a Life insurance technical direction on similar projects,
• Knowledge of modeling tools is an asset,
• Rigorous, autonomous and force of proposal,
• Dynamic attitude and team spirit,
• Ability to communicate clearly and synthetically,
• Excellent knowledge of French.
