Notre client, une entreprise d'assurance renommée, recherche un(e) Actuaire Prévoyance IFRS 17 & Solvabilité 2 pour renforcer son équipe d’actuariat financier dédiée à la prévoyance individuelle et l’assurance emprunteurs. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique de 9 personnes et serez chargé(e) des missions suivantes :

Le/la future analyste sera responsable des tâches suivantes :

• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de la norme IFRS 17, notamment sur les produits de prévoyance et d’assurance emprunteurs, en assurant la collecte de données, les calculs prospectifs (primes, sinistres, commissions) et l'analyse critique des résultats.
• Participer aux développements et à la validation des outils actuariels (Excel, Prophet, Python) nécessaires aux calculs et projections.
• Réaliser les calculs réglementaires Solvabilité 2 : évaluation des Best Estimate Liabilities (BEL), du Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR), et réalisation de tests de sensibilité.
• Produire des analyses détaillées et adaptées pour les parties prenantes internes (contrôle de gestion, comptabilité, équipes actuarielles).
• Vulgariser des résultats techniques complexes auprès d’interlocuteurs non-actuaires à l’aide d’un discours clair et structuré.
• Contribuer aux projets transverses de fiabilisation et d’optimisation des processus actuariaux.

Profil

• Diplômé(e) Bac+5 (Master en actuariat, finance ou mathématiques appliquées).
• Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans dans des fonctions actuarielles, avec une bonne connaissance des normes IFRS17 et/ou Solvabilité 2, idéalement sur des portefeuilles de prévoyance individuelle et/ou assurance emprunteurs.
• Maîtrise des méthodes de projection financière, des outils Excel avancé ; la connaissance de Prophet et/ou Python est un plus.
• Capacité à synthétiser des sujets techniques complexes et à les présenter de manière pédagogique.
• Sens de l’analyse, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe transverse.

Our client, an international insurance company, is looking for a Senior Business Life Monitoring Actuary to support the Financial Business Team. 

He/she will be in charge of the following tasks : 

• You will monitor/steer the financials of the Life business, proactively initiating ad-hoc analyses & deep-dives on any areas of the portfolio exhibiting deviations vs plan.
• You will have Transversal (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) steering of the company’s Life KPIs, in particular IFRS17 P&L, IFRS17 CSM, New Business Margins, and Return-on-Equity.
• You will be able to switch between multiple accounting regimes and translating the key concepts to provide business-relevant insights for C-suite members.
• You will actively manage all contributors involved in producing the Life P&L (both Actual & Planned), thus ensuring timeliness & quality of delivery.
• You will streamline less efficient processes and introduce more digital tooling & mindset within the team.
• You will take contact with the relevant business owners in order to ensure the appropriate remediation/optimization actions are taken.
• You will be producing the Life section of the “Planning Dialogue”, the annual exercise undertaken with the business and the Group shareholder in order to construct the financial plan.

Profil

• You have a master’s degree in actuarial, finance, econometrics/statistics or in another relevant field.

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts and analyse the various outlooks. Understand, monitor and analyse all costs within the company, through dialog with the budget owners.
