He/she will be in charge of the following tasks: 

• Analyzing product performance across all lines (technical results, commercial performance, conversion rates, churn, cross-selling, etc.).
• Preparing and maintaining dashboards and reports (using tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.) to monitor KPIs and identify trends or alerts.
• Conducting in-depth analyses (root cause analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, etc.) to explain performance variations and propose action plans.
• Collaborating with Pricing, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Finance teams to define product improvements and measure their impact.
• Participating in the launch and follow-up of new products or features (definition of success metrics, A/B testing, post-launch review).
• Supporting the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. 

Profile

• Degree in economics, commercial engineering, mathematics, actuarial science, etc.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product analysis, performance analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python or R for advanced analysis (a plus).
• Excellent command of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel).
• Experience with statistical methods, segmentation, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of insurance products (non-life) and/or pricing is a strong advantage.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, team player, with creativity and a sense of innovation.
• Good command of French or Dutch (with the desire to learn the second language if needed) and solid English
  

Our client, an insurance broker, is looking for a Senior P&C Pricing Actuary to support the Product & Pricing department.

They will be in charge of the following tasks:

• Building (data preparation, modelling and validation) of the technical tariff for all products.
• Building (data preparation, modelling and validation) of demand models (conversion, drop-off, etc.) for all products.
• Building (data preparation, modelling, technical & business validation) of the commercial tariff (in connection with marketing targets and partnerships).
• Leading POCs and MVPs that lead to decision-making regarding the sophistication of our products (at the level of technology, metrics, collaboration with other group entities, etc.) 

Profile

• Master’s/PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering or actuarial science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk modelling (technical and commercial) for non-life insurance products (within a pricing team).
• Minimum 5 years of experience using demand models.
• Strong mastery of Python (and preferably SQL) for development, database management, and engineering tasks (MLOps).
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word and Excel). Knowledge of Akur8 is a plus.
• Sensitivity to governance and understanding of the market/competition is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the pricing of Non-Life insurance products while leveraging opportunities offered by data science and telematics practices.

The Senior Non-Life Pricing Actuary will be responsible for :

• Working on auto insurance, mechanical breakdown coverage, and GAP/CPI products,

Our client, an insurance company is looking for a Life EB Reporting Actuary to strengthen the EB Department. He·she will be in charge of reporting on the analysis of key drivers of value creation (BGAAP and IFRS) and implementing controls and processes in response to the changing environment. 

The Life EB Reporting Actuary will be responsible for:

• Contributing to regular BGAAP and IFRS reporting, as well as to the analysis of key drivers in “profit by sources” and accounting affiliation.
• Integrating product developments and reporting requirements into existing reports, as well as optimising existing processes.  This also includes documenting them, identifying risks and developing controls.
• Contributing to the running of the project as regards the Risk Management area of responsibility (drafting requirements, tests, support tools, etc.).

Profile
