Job Description
Our client, a leading insurance company is looking for an Actuary Product & Pricing Life to support the Life, EB and Health Product & Pricing department.
He/she will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Perform actuarial calculations across various domains of (Life) individual financial products;
- Support product launches, adjusting pricing for existing products, determining technical provisions, conducting profitability studies, and assisting with the business plan;
- You will also contribute to calculations for regulatory projects, actuarial function recommendations, audits, or reviews;
- Coordinate and support multiple projects within Product & Pricing, always ensuring adherence to scope, timing, quality, and holistic focus;
- Deliver clear and effective reporting to stakeholders and management, and foster constructive collaboration across teams within the organization;
- Lead impactful, data-driven analyses that serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making.
Profile
- A Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Economics
- Proven experience leading projects from a business standpoint
- A critical, analytical mindset paired with a meticulous, pragmatic, and efficient approach
- A dynamic, proactive personality with a passion for numbers and data
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,capableofmakingtechnicalconcepts accessible to diverse audiences
- Effective collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (French and Dutch)
